    • Ans: We provide you a step-by-step process of how to list your Products on our website. It is important to choose the most suitable category to list your product as it helps customers find your products faster. Based on the category you choose, you'll be asked to add product details such as Product Brand, Type, Quality, Quantity, etc.,

  • 4. Is there any payment for registration?
    • Ans: No charges. It is absolutely free.

    • Ans: You just need to accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

  • 6. Can I update my information after the initial registration?
    • Ans: No, once you register yourself with the required information you won’t be able to change or modify your personal details. However, you can always update your Bank Details and the address of your business.

  • 7. Who decides the price of the products?
    • Ans: As a Seller, you will set the price of your products.

  • 8. What if I don’t have any available stock of products?
    • Ans: You can order the products from your account and track until they are delivered.

  • 9. What modes of payments can my customers use?
    • Ans: We offer below modes of Payments:

        1. FIGEIT Wallet
        2. Paytm Payment Gateway
        3. Pay on delivery (POD) - (Netbanking/Credit or Debit Card/Wallet/Cash)
  • 10. What is a payment wallet or my wallet?
    • Ans: The fiGeit Wallet is a pre-paid credit account that is associated with your fiGeit account. This prepaid account allows you to pay a lump sum amount once to fiGeit and then shop multiple times without having to pay each time.

  • 11. How and when will I get paid?
    • Ans: All payments are made through NEFT transactions (online banking). The payment will be made directly to your bank account by the end of the day or the next working day from the date when the order is dispatched.

  • 12. Who ships my orders?
    • Ans: Our Shipment Team will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the Customer. All you need to do is keep your product packed and ready for dispatch and let FIGEIT manage the Shipment Team and customer service.

  • 13. What if the product is damaged in Transit?
    • Ans: FIGEIT is solely responsible for products damaged in delivery process.

  • 14. Can I charge any amount at the time of returning the product?
    • Ans: Full refund will be given for defective products, depending on the case and category. You will be given a refund provided you have adequate proof that you shipped an authentic/undamaged product. This will help us close the dispute in your favour.

    • Ans: Online status which appears on your homepage tells you about the availability of the store to regulate business with customers.
